• If you experience any symptoms of weakness, unsteadiness, light-headedness or dizziness, chest pain or pressure, nausea, or shortness of breath immediately contact your healthcare provider. Mild soreness after exercise may be experienced after beginning a new exercise. Contact your physician if the soreness does not improve after 2-3 days.
• As a participant, I have voluntarily elected to participate in the SHiNE™ Tribe 5280 programs. I acknowledge that, as with other athletic activities, there are risks inherent in dance and fitness training including, without limitation, the risk of injury to bones, joints, tendons, ligaments, and muscles. If I experience an injury or have concerns about a possible injury, I should and will promptly consult a physician and stop physical activity.
• By using this website, I assume the risk related to dance and/or fitness activities with SHiNE™ Tribe 5280. I hereby release Stephanie Christopherson (Owner of SHiNE™ Tribe 5280) from and hold harmless against, all claims (including claims of negligence), actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) (collectively “Claims”) arising out of or resulting from the use of this website, dance routines, or fitness classes.

Your wellness is important to us. Monthly Membership accounts may be frozen or put on temporary hold if you cannot attend classes due to a temporary medical condition. Please reach out to SHiNE™ Tribe 5280 via email to assist you by putting your membership on hold for a determined length of time.

To cancel your monthly membership and stop the billing of the Monthly Membership Fee on or around the 1st of the month, we must receive a written notification via email no later than the 25th of the month before such billing.  Please note it may take up to three (3) business days for any membership or billing changes to take effect.

The sales of all punch cards are final, they are not eligible for refunds.  

At SHiNE™ Tribe 5280 - Flourish Movement Studio, we value your time and energy and strive to provide the best experience for our community. To ensure that we can offer our classes efficiently, we have established the following attendance policy:

Minimum Registration Requirement:

• A minimum of three participants must be registered for class in the PushPress App by 3:00 PM on the day of the scheduled class.
• This helps us determine the feasibility of running each class.

Class Cancellation:

• If the minimum registration requirement is not met by the 3:00 PM deadline, the class will likely be canceled.
• Participants will be notified of any class cancellations via text message promptly.

Registration Process:

• Please ensure you register for classes through the PushPress App to secure your spot and contribute to the class count.
• Early registration is encouraged to avoid cancellations and to help us plan accordingly

Communication:

• In case of a cancellation, our team will send out a text message to all registered participants as soon as possible.
• Make sure your contact information is up-to-date in your PushPress profile to receive timely notifications.

Exceptions:

• Instructors may choose to hold a class with fewer than three participants at their discretion. In such cases, registered participants will be notified of the class status via text message.
