Mild soreness after exercise may be experienced after beginning a new exercise. Contact your physician if the soreness does not improve after 2-3 days.
• As a participant, I have voluntarily elected to participate in the SHiNE™ Tribe 5280 programs. I acknowledge that, as with other athletic activities, there are risks inherent in dance and fitness training including, without limitation, the risk of injury to bones, joints, tendons, ligaments, and muscles. If I experience an injury or have concerns about a possible injury, I should and will promptly consult a physician and stop physical activity.
• By using this website, I assume the risk related to dance and/or fitness activities with SHiNE™ Tribe 5280. I hereby release Stephanie Christopherson (Owner of SHiNE™ Tribe 5280) from and hold harmless against, all claims (including claims of negligence), actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) (collectively “Claims”) arising out of or resulting from the use of this website, dance routines, or fitness classes.

We are delighted to have you participate in SHiNE™ Tribe 5280 classes! To capture the spirit and energy of our community, we take photos and videos during our sessions. These images and recordings are essential in showcasing the vibrancy and positivity of our events.

By attending SHiNE™ Tribe 5280 classes, you agree to the following:
