• If you experience any symptoms of weakness, unsteadiness, light-headedness or dizziness, chest pain or pressure, nausea, or shortness of breath immediately contact your healthcare provider. Mild soreness after exercise may be experienced after beginning a new exercise. Contact your physician if the soreness does not improve after 2-3 days.
• As a participant, I have voluntarily elected to participate in the SHiNE™ Tribe 5280 programs. I acknowledge that, as with other athletic activities, there are risks inherent in dance and fitness training including, without limitation, the risk of injury to bones, joints, tendons, ligaments, and muscles. If I experience an injury or have concerns about a possible injury, I should and will promptly consult a physician and stop physical activity.
• By using this website, I assume the risk related to dance and/or fitness activities with SHiNE™ Tribe 5280. I hereby release Stephanie Christopherson (Owner of SHiNE™ Tribe 5280) from and hold harmless against, all claims (including claims of negligence), actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) (collectively “Claims”) arising out of or resulting from the use of this website, dance routines, or fitness classes.

To ensure efficient use of resources and instructor time by canceling classes that do not meet the minimum reservation requirement. If no reservations are made two hours before the class is scheduled to begin, the class will be automatically canceled. Registered users and instructors will immediately be notified of the cancellation via SMS and the private Facebook group.

We are delighted to have you participate in SHiNE™ Tribe 5280 classes! To capture the spirit and energy of our community, we take photos and videos during our sessions. These images and recordings are essential in showcasing the vibrancy and positivity of our events.

By attending SHiNE™ Tribe 5280 classes, you agree to the following:

1. Permission to Use: You grant SHiNE™ Tribe 5280 the right to take photos and videos of you during our classes.
2. Usage Rights: You consent to SHiNE™ Tribe 5280 using these photos and videos for various purposes, including but not limited to:
   • Promotional materials
   • Social media content
   • Website content
   • Marketing campaigns
   • Any other medium deemed appropriate by SHiNE™ Tribe 5280

1. No Compensation: You understand that you will not receive any monetary compensation for the use of your images or videos.
2. Duration of Use: This release is perpetual, meaning it does not expire and covers all future uses.
3. Revocation of Consent: If you wish to revoke your consent for any specific photo or video, please contact us at shinetribe5280@gmail.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to comply with your request.
